On Monday, February 21st at 7:00 p.m. in Room 110 of Tulane Law School, Dr. P. W. Singer will discuss his new book "Children at War,” which examines the recruitment and indoctrination of children into warfare. This event is presented by the World Affairs Forum at Tulane University, Tulane Law School International Law Society, and the World Affairs Council of New Orleans.
Dr. Singer is the Olin Fellow in the Foreign Policy Studies Program at the Brookings Institution and serves as the coordinator of the Brookings Project on U.S. Policy toward the Islamic World. In addition to Children at War, Dr. Singer is the author of Corporate Warriors: The Rise of the Privatized Military Industry.
