Tulane Law student Miles Indest (JD/MBA ’16) won the 2015 James E. Beckley Securities Arbitration and Law Writing Competition sponsored by the Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association Foundation.
Indest’s paper, “A Tale of Two Cities: Reconciling the Securities and Exchange Commission’s Implementation of the Uniform Fiduciary Standard and Equity Crowdfunding Regulations,” will be published in the PIABA Bar Journal.
The award was presented at the PIABA Annual Meeting in Florida in October.
Indest is a member of the Tulane Law Review and the Tulane Moot Court writing skills chair.
