Alumni and other friends of Tulane Law School have donated funds in honor of or in memory of individuals and families for the purpose of providing scholarship support to Tulane law students.  The scholarship funds listed below are used to assist eligible and deserving students with the cost of attending Tulane Law School.


Samuel C. Gainsburgh Endowed Scholarship Fund

This scholarship was established in 2004 by the law offices of Gainsburgh, Benjamin, David, Meunier and Warshauer in the memory of Samuel Gainsburgh, who practiced law there for fifty years.  Mr. Gainsburgh graduated from Tulane Law School in 1949, and was a founding member of the Law School’s Admiralty Law Institute. This scholarship is awarded on the basis of merit and financial need, with preference given to students from Louisiana.
