This course focuses on typical statutes proscribing criminal behavior as a means of studying legal concepts of responsibility and punishment. Selected topics include mens rea, mistake, attempt, conspiracy, accomplice liability, homicide, rape, insanity, and related constitutional doctrines. (3 Credits)
