Critical Race Theory Seminar

This seminar will explore the relationship between critical understandings of the significance of race and legal interpretation. Of particular importance will be the examination of how societal values and customs, expressed in legal rules purporting to address racial issues, inhibit critical approaches to the concerns of justice for the disadvantaged groups.
