Environmental Law in the Age of Trump

This seminar will explore actual and proposed changes to the environmental regulatory system under the Trump administration. It will focus on both substantive and procedural aspects of these changes, including barriers to change. This will involve study of environmental law and administrative law issues. Students will write and present a seminar paper that satisfies the upper-class writing requirement. (3 Credits)
