Biography

Mr. Areaux has undergraduate degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer and Information Systems from Tulane and a J.D. from Loyola. He leads the IP practice group at Carver Darden and is a founding member of that firm. He has served as a trademark reporter for the International Trademark Association and is an arbitrator/mediator in IP transaction and infringement disputes.
