Join Tulane Law School as we will celebrate Constitution Day, a day observed annually in honor of the formation and signing of the U.S. Constitution.  In recognition of Constitution Day, the Law School will hold a panel presentation entitled “Second Amendment Rights and the Future of Gun Control.” Among other issues, the panel will discuss the state of Second Amendment doctrine and the constitutionality of gun control proposals at the state and federal level; the import of gun culture and the political geography of gun policy in the United States; and American exceptionalism in the context of the constitutionalization of gun rights.

 This event is an exciting and timely opportunity to hear leading scholars at Tulane discuss high-profile issues before the U.S. Supreme Court.
