Marcilynn Burke joins Tulane Law as new Dean
Marcilynn Burke, former acting assistant secretary for the U.S. Department of the Interior, is the new Dean and Mitchell Franklin Professor of Law at Tulane University School of Law. Burke, the former Dean of Oregon Law School, is an expert in property, land use and environmental and natural resources law and is a widely-published scholar.
