Tulane University Law School hosts several engaging programs to support hiring our students in New Orleans, LA; New York, NY; Houston, TX; and elsewhere. These programs are the best opportunity for you to meet with and recruit our law students. See below for dates and locations for each of our 2026 recruitment opportunities.

Fall and Spring On-Campus Interview (OCI) Programs
Each Fall and Spring semester, Tulane Law School's CDO hosts in person (and virtual) interviews on our law school campus to support recruitment efforts from law firms, public interest and government employers, and other employers recruiting law students. In the Fall, employers are welcome to interview second and third-year law students. In the Spring, employers may recruit all law students, including first-year students who have just completed their first semester. 2026 Fall Interviews will begin in September and extend through the Fall Semester. 2027 Spring Interviews will begin in February and extend through the end of March.

Throughout the year, employers may also list job postings and post resume collects with the Career Development Office to recruit current students and alumni. You may post directly via our Symplicity portal or by contacting lawcdo@tulane.edu for a job posting form. Summer Employment Offer Guidance

In accordance with NALP’s comprehensive guidelines for law firms regarding the timing of offers and acceptance, we encourage employers recruiting Tulane Law students to provide a reasonable timeframe, no less than 7 business days from the date an offer was extended, to make informed employment decisions. We ask employers to grant reasonable requests for an extension, up to two additional weeks.

Tulane Law students may hold no more than five offers for summer employment at once.
