Biography
Mr. Redfearn is a partner in the New Orlenas law firm of Simon, Peragine, Smith & Redfearn, LLP. A member of the Louisiana, Texas, and Mississippi Bar Associations, he is a certified AAA arbitrator for commercial disputes and is a regular contributor to Insurance Journal.
As a law student, he was a member of the Tulane Law Review. Subsequent to his graduation, Mr. Redfearn served as a law clerk to the Honorable Eugene Davis of the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and then worked for three years as an associate in the Trial Department of Baker & Botts in Houston, Texas. He practices now in the areas of products liability and defense litigation, including insurance, construction, and commercial litigation.
