Experienced Leadership

Christopher Russo is a Senior Advisor focussed on Nuclear Power at the Tulane Energy Law & Policy Center and serves on the Center’s Global Research Council.  He is a Vice-President at Charles River Associates.  He advises clients in the energy industry on investment strategy and transactions in power, gas, renewables, and nuclear.  He also testifies regularly in disputes and regulatory proceedings on damages, economics and lost profits.  His expertise covers energy markets in North America, Europe, the Middle East and worldwide.  Mr Russo also served on the Board of Directors of Neuco, a Boston-based company which provides software to enable AI control of thermal power plants.  Mr Russo started CRA’s Energy Practice, and chaired the group from 2012 through 2025.

Mr Russo received his BS from Tufts University and his MS from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
