The major focus is on the law of contracts for the sale of goods, as embodied in Article 2 of the Uniform Commercial Code. Particular emphasis is placed on remedies for breach of contract and warranties as to quality. Throughout, comparison is made to the similar concepts developed at common law. (3 Credits)
