This is a continuation course building upon the general principles developed in Obligations I. Its focus is a detailed study of sale and (to a lesser extent) lease, the most important nominate contracts in the Civil Code. Where appropriate, comparisons are made between the UCC and the French and Louisiana Civil Codes. (3 Credits)
