The Hon. Regina Bartholomew Woods

The Hon. Regina Bartholomew Woods currently sits as a Civil Judge for Division B of the Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans. Prior to her election to the bench, she was Of Counsel with the law firm of Boykin, Ehret & Utley, APLC. She was previously General Counsel for the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools in Charlotte, North Carolina; Staff Attorney with McGlinchey Stafford, PLLC; an attorney in private practice with several law firms, and with the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of the Solicitor in Dallas, Texas.

Judge Woods received her JD from Loyola University New Orleans in 1999. She also holds a BA from Southern University of New Orleans.
