Mr. Sackey comes to Tulane Law School from a teaching position at Columbus School of Law, The Catholic University of America. Previously, he was an associate at the Washington, DC law firm of Arnold & Porter. Immediately after graduating from law school, he served as judicial clerk on the US District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia. While in law school, Mr. Sackey served as Notes Editor on the Washington and Lee Law Review. Since 2000, he has engaged in extensive pro bono work, focusing on capital habeas litigation.
