Jeremy Goh is a Senior Fellow focussed upon Global LNG at the Tulane Energy Law & Policy Center and serves on the Center’s Global Research Council. He is a Consultant with Baker & O’Brien, Inc. in Houston, where he advises clients across the energy sector on natural gas, LNG, project development, and commercial strategy. With 25 years of experience in the energy industry, Jeremy has deep experience in project and investment economics, business development, strategic planning, financial and market analysis, and commercial negotiations.
Throughout his career, Jeremy has held analytical, strategic, and leadership roles in natural gas production, transportation and storage, gas-to-liquids (GTL), and LNG. He played a key role in developing the economic and strategic rationale for a world scale greenfield petrochemical complex in the US. He also directed Shell’s European long-term forecasts for natural gas and power supply and demand. He also led global LNG strategy and portfolio teams, and forecasted long-term gas and LNG demand.
Jeremy began his consulting career in 2020 with Muse, Stancil & Co. before joining Baker & O’Brien in 2022. Since joining Baker & O’Brien, he has supported clients on a wide range of matters involving natural gas processing, transportation and storage, and LNG. His work includes advising on mergers and acquisitions, joint venture formations, project investments, deal assurance, and disputes related to LNG, gas processing and production royalties.
Jeremy holds a Master of Engineering Science with First-Class Honours from the University of Oxford and an Executive M.B.A. from Texas A&M University.
