Maura Karayane

Maura Toups Karayane is a career advisor at Tulane Law School. Her focus areas include Maritime, Environmental and International Law. Her previous legal experience centered around family law, including domestic violence and child in need of care, spanning both public interest and private practice.

Maura received a B.A. in Mass Communication-Public Relations from Louisiana State University and her J.D. from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law.

Maura resides in Gretna with her husband, son and their three cats. She loves reading, baking, Disney World and college football.
