Murphy Institute to Host Forum on Louisiana Insurance Crisis

On Tuesday, October 28, the Tulane Murphy Institute will host Louisiana’s Insurance Crisis: From Risk to Reform, a half-day program from 1:00–5:30 PM at Tulane Law School and Tulane Newcomb Institute. The event will bring together scholars, advocates, and policymakers to examine the residential insurance crisis in Louisiana and beyond, and to discuss possible reforms.

Highlighting the program is a keynote address by former Governor John Bel Edwards. He will be joined by an exceptional group of state leaders, national experts, and community advocates, including:
