Britton Seal

Britton Seal is a partner in the Corporate Practice Group at Jones Walker LLP, where his practice primarily focuses on mergers and acquisitions, securities law, and corporate governance. He also serves as co-head of the mergers and acquisitions and private equity team.

Mr. Seal earned his JD cum laude in 2005 from Tulane Law School, during which time he spent semester as a visiting student at the University of Hong Kong. He holds a BS in Biology from Washington & Lee University.
