
Erinn Banks was promoted to the department's Associate Athletic Director for NCAA compliance in August of 2021.
In her new capacity, Banks serves as the point person for all matters related to NCAA compliance, including education, interpretations and waivers. She serves as the direct liaison with the NCAA and the American Athletic Conference. She also oversees Student-Athlete Enhancement.
Banks joined Tulane University in September of 2015 as Associate Director for NCAA compliance.
Banks comes to Tulane from the Sun Belt Conference, where she worked as a compliance coordinator from 2013-15. Banks was a compliance assistant at the Sun Belt from 2012-13 after serving as a compliance intern at Colorado State University in 2012.
A native of Littleton, Colo., Banks earned a bachelor of arts from Loyola University New Orleans in 2009, before earning a juris doctor from Tulane University Law School in 2013.
