Biography
A member of the law school faculty since 2005, Tina Boudreaux teaches Legal Research and Writing and upper-level lawyering skills courses. She co-directs the Transactional Boot Camp and has also taught as an adjunct lecturer in the A.B. Freeman School of Business.
Professor Boudreaux practiced corporate and securities law with Herbert Smith (now Herbert Smith Freehills) in London and Jones Walker in New Orleans. She earned her J.D. (magna cum laude, Order of the Coif) from Tulane University Law School, where she served as an articles editor for the Tulane Law Review, and her B.A. (magna cum laude) from Columbia University. Before law school, Professor Boudreaux worked as a trading assistant for an investment bank in New York.
