2025 Employment Offer Guidance
Tulane’s CDO strives to provide our students with a fair and reasonable timeframe to make informed employment decisions. In order to preserve this privilege as well as to ensure employers can recruit successfully and make competitive hiring decisions, we have adopted the following guideline concerning the timing of offers for summer employment:
Tulane Law students may hold no more than three summer offers for employment at once. Employers extending an offer for summer employment are asked to hold offers open for at least two weeks from the date that the offer was extended. Whenever possible, employers are asked to grant reasonable requests for an extension, up to two additional weeks.
