Corporate Law Institute Returns for 38th Year
The Tulane University Corporate Law Institute is back for its 38th year, continuing a long-standing tradition of bringing the brightest minds in corporate law to New Orleans. The conference will take place March 19–20 at The Roosevelt New Orleans.
Recognized by The New York Times as “the Davos of corporate law,” the event is the premier Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate, and Securities Law conference in the country. The Institute convenes leading judges, practitioners, academics, and policymakers to examine the most pressing issues shaping the field. While in-person registration has closed, attendees can participate virtually. Learn more about the Institute here.
Immediately following the Institute, Tulane Law School will host the 10th annual Corporate and Securities Law Roundtable on March 21 at John Giffen Weinmann Hall. The one-day academic conference brings together leading corporate law scholars and prominent members of the judiciary to explore the future of corporate governance and financial regulation.
Together, these events underscore Tulane Law’s national leadership in the corporate law space and its longstanding role as a convener of the most influential voices shaping business law today.
