Civil Law Property II

This course covers institutions of property law not covered in the first-year Civil Law Property course.  It includes analysis of the notion, function, and structure of real rights in civil law jurisdictions; actions for the protection of the ownership and possession of movables and immovables; boundary actions; dismemberments of ownership, such as personal servitudes (usufruct, habitation, rights of use), predial servitudes, and building restrictions in subdivision developments. (3 Credits)
