Constitutional Criminal Procedure: Investigation

This is a constitutional law course focusing on those aspects of the Bill of Rights that apply to the rights of suspects and defendants in the investigative phases of the criminal justice system.  Specifically, we will be studying United States Supreme Court case law interpreting the Fourth, Fifth and Sixth Amendments.  The course is a prerequisite for both the Juvenile Law Clinic and the Criminal Procedure Seminar, and is recommended for admission to the Criminal Defense Clinic. (3 Credits)
