The course will also introduce students to the Death on the High Seas Act, 46 App. U.S. §§ 761-767 and the Cruise Vessel Security and Safety Act of 2010, Pub. L. 111–207, July 27, 2010, 124 Stat. 2250, 46 U.S.C. Sec. 3507-3508.
