This course will cover issues of substantive and procedural law in their relationship to real estate transactions, and drafting, financing, and other problems encountered in sophisticated transactions. A popular national casebook will be used as the primary text, and reference will be made to civil law principles, when appropriate. The course is taught by V.M.
