The Summit is a two-day conference that will showcase 20 different panels on emerging topics on environmental law and policy. Themed "Community and Resilience," the Summit will celebrate the 30th reiteration of the conference and the 20th anniversary of Hurricane Katrina. Some panels will include discussing the Loper Bright decision which overruled the Chevron deference principle, the Clean Water Act, professionalism and ethics in the legal field, and much more. It will be held at the law school by the Environmental and Energy Law Society, in collaboration with the Center of Environmental Law.
