Biography

Neal Kling is a Member of the New Orleans law firm Sher Garner Cahill Richter Klein & Hilbert.  He received his undergraduate degree in business and public administration from Louisiana State University and his law degree from Louisiana State University Law Center, where he graduated Order of the Coif and was a member of the Louisiana Law Review.  He represents clients in the areas of secured financing transactions, real estate transactions, real property and personal property leasing, maritime construction and finance, and other commercial transactions.
 
Mr. Kling is a member of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers, a Fellow in the American College of Mortgage Attorneys, a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association and the American Bar Association's Section of Business Law, Section of Real Property, Probate and Trust Law, and a Proctor Member of the Maritime Law Association.  He has been a frequent speaker at numerous Amercan Bar Association and other meetings.
