Roberto Facundus

Mr. Facundus is the General Counsel and Chief Operating Officer at Tongal, Inc., a global community of creators that collaborate with networks, studios, and brands to develop video content for every platform.  He handles all legal, operational, and business affairs for the Company.  Prior to Tongal, he was the Global Compliance Attorney at salesforce.com, a private practice international trade and litigation attorney in Washington, DC, and an international trade analyst at the U.S. Department of Commerce, International Trade Administration.  He is a member of the New York, District of Columbia, and California in-house bars and is an adjunct professor of law at the Tulane University School of Law.  He earned his B.S. from Boston College and his J.D. and M.B.A from Tulane University.  He currently lives between Venice, CA and New Orleans, LA.
