Biography
Kristoffer Svendsen is an adjunct professor with the Master of Jurisprudence program in Energy Law. Previously, he served as a Senior Research Fellow with the Tulane Center for Energy Law. His scholarship centers around the interaction between international and domestic energy issues. He has written extensively about liability and compensation for oil spill pollution. His recent project relates to the application of mutual indemnity and hold-harmless clauses in various jurisdictions globally.
