Biography
Kristoffer Svendsen joined the Tulane Center for Energy Law in 2021. His scholarship centers around the interaction between international and domestic energy issues. He has written extensively about liability and compensation for oil spill pollution. His recent project relates to the application of mutual indemnity and hold-harmless clauses in various jurisdictions globally.
