The June 9-20, 2025 Institute hotel is the Residence Inn New Orleans (serving the French Quarter Area and Central Business District). The Residence Inn is an “All Suite” Hotel conveniently located at 360 St. Charles Avenue, New Orleans, LA 70130. The hotel has agreed to a favorable daily rate of $119 for Institute participants. The hotel offers double occupancy at no additional charge. Breakfast is not included, but guests will have the use of a full kitchen in each suite with cookware, plates, glasses, and utensils to prepare breakfast or other meals in the room.
The hotel’s 1st floor Business Center is open 24/7. The hotel also has a Laundry that costs $3/load (with credit card only) and a Fitness Center; both are open 24/7. The hotel’s market is open 24/7 with snacks, drinks, and a frozen section. Guests also have 24/7 access to the hotel’s 2nd floor sitting area and balcony.
