Tulane Law, Baker Botts host Houston energy law event Nov. 4

Tulane University Law School’s Energy Law Center is holding an Energy Litigation Seminar in Houston focusing on data as a tool for better legal advocacy and representation.

Titled "The Power of Data in Litigating and Persuading Today's Jurors in Oil & Gas Cases,” the seminar will be held Friday, Nov. 4, 2022, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The event will be hosted by the firm  Baker Botts at One Shell Plaza, 32nd Floor, 910 Louisiana Street, Houston, Texas, 72002.

The seminar’s focus on data – and how to use it in both messaging, managing of cases and during litigation – is an increasingly important factor for those managing cases in the energy field. The event is formatted to help non-technical practitioners apply data analytics in a legal setting.
