JD Admission Open House

Please note: While Tulane University remains open, classes have moved to online instruction for the remainder of the spring semester and the Office of Admission team is working remotely from home. Unfortunately, we are no longer able to accomodate campus visitors and must cancel our Spring semester Open House. If you are an admitted student, please use the admitted student website to schedule a virtual meeting with one of our Assistant Directors. If you are a current active applicant awaiting a decision, have received a waitlist offer, or are a prospective student for Fall 2020, please e-mail lawadmissions@tulane.edu. A member of our office will be in touch to set up a time to chat. If you are a prospective student for a future enrollment year, we hope to see you at a future Open House once we are able to accomodate on campus visitors again. 

Each semester we invite candidates interested in our JD program to visit Tulane Law School and learn about our program offerings and our application process. Our Spring 2020 Open House will take place on March 17th. Please complete the registration form below if you would like to attend. Our Open House programs are ideal for candidates who have not yet submitted an application to Tulane Law. Private visits to Tulane Law School can be scheduled most days the law school is open, on our "Schedule a Visit" page.

Programming will begin at 2:00 p.m. and conclude at 7:00 p.m.; however, the schedule is designed so that you can attend as much or as little of the program as your schedule allows. 

Afternoon sessions include the opportunity to sit in on a live 1L Constitutional Law course, take a tour of the building, and attend panels on our academic programs, the student experience, and diversity initiatives and programming at Tulane Law School. 

With working professionals in mind, a session on the admissions and financial aid process will not begin until 5:45 p.m. We will conclude the evening with a reception with the Office of Admission staff and current students.
