Services for Employers

From posting open positions to organizing on and off-campus interview programs to hosting educational programs, we are eager to foster relationships between employers and our community.

Job Postings & Summer Employment Certification

To post an open position on a password-protected website accessible to Tulane Law students and graduates, please complete the Job Notice Form below. Employers have the option to either have resumes collected on your behalf from students who are interested in working for you and send them to you in one package on the date you specify on the registration form; or to have students send resumes directly to your office.

Once you register, the CDO will notify students of your need for summer clerks or interns, part-time clerks or new associates and of your hiring criteria. You may contact students at your convenience to set up interviews.

You may also submit an employer’s certification documenting the summer experience of Tulane Law students for skills competency requirements using the button below.

Interview Programs

The Career Development Office hosts interview programs in New Orleans every Spring and Fall. In order to make the recruiting process more convenient for our out-of-town employers, the CDO also hosts interview programs in a number of cities throughout the United States each summer. Tulane students will travel at their own expense to these programs, one of which may be near you. Selection of students whom you wish to interview is entirely at your discretion.

Please call 504.865.5942 or e-mail lawcdo@tulane.edu to learn more about our interview programs.

Videoconference & Skype Interview Options

The Career Development Office has the ability to host videoconference interviews on campus through an internet-based IP system as well as through Skype, and other web-based platforms. This service provides employers with the option to interview Tulane Law students in New Orleans without excessive costs for the employer or students.

Videoconference and Skype interviews should be scheduled at least three days in advance and are subject to availability. If you are interested in scheduling , please call 504.865.5942 or e-mail lawcdo@tulane.edu.

Programming

The Career Development Office regularly conducts educational programming about a variety of topics in the legal field throughout the academic year. Please contact us if you or a member of your team is interested in participating in programming and sharing your experiences with our students.
