Decarbonization, Alternative Fuels, and Carbon Capture Utilization and Storage
Drake Hernandez and Laura Huomo lead the GRC research program on Alternative Fuels & Carbon Capture Utilization and Storage (CCUS). The research program will assess the techno-commercial possibilities in the alternative fuel and CCUS space and evaluate the policy and regulatory frameworks available to support alternative fuels and CCUS in light of prevailing policy parameters for the decarbonization of energy systems in the U.S., Europe, and globally. The research program will publish a journal that will make available short articles on core subjects touching on decarbonization of incumbent energy systems and the use of alternative fuels and CCUS to drive decarbonization forward.
